Steel Mace Building Blocks

This is an ongoing and ever growing program. There are 3 primary pieces to this subscription service: Building Blocks, Community Classes, and Indian Clubs.

Building Blocks is a video library of Follow Alongs or Breakdowns split into three categories: Swing, Lower, and Upper Blocks.

These videos guide you through using the Steel Mace to build strength and skill in a variety of movements, focused around those categories.

A "full" session would see you doing one of each.

These sessions are developed from thousands of hours spent coaching Steel Mace. This is the closest you can come to training at Warrior Flow without being there live!

Put plainly, these are our live online sessions!

Some of these are offered free to the Steel Mace and Indian Club community at large, but the vast majority are for Steel Mace Building Blocks members exclusively.Ā 

All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Steel Mace Building Blocks library. Some are also uploaded over on Youtube. You can find an example of an early Steel Mace Flow Community ClassĀ Here

Some of the tutorials are re-edited from Indian Clubs 1.5, some are brand new.

Indian Clubs Level 1.5Ā 

Indian Clubs are fantasticĀ for increasing mobility, joint health, and coordination. Not only do they help the body feel right, they also strengthen your brain by teaching you new patterns and movements!

Originally filmed in 2019, this course is designed for the raw beginner to the intermediate club user. We cover right from how to hold the clubs all the way to advanced movements and patterns such as Snake Charmers and Clock Towers. This course has helped people from all over the world begin, or refine, their club practice.

Originally filmed between 2020-2021, Warrior Flow On Demand is a video library consisting of over 70 "follow alongs" and "breakdowns" of Steel Mace workouts. There are 3 different session types; Fitness and Foundations, Tradition and Competition, and of course Steel Mace Flow!

On top of all that there is also a 12 minute mobility warm up video, an hour long mobility recovery video, and instruction on how to pass our Mannaz (level 1) test which is part of the one of a kind Warrior Flow Testing System.Ā
